- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy conservation measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for HVAC projects and services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of HVAC systems and facilities.
- Prepare budgets and manage expenses related to HVAC operations.
