Responsibilities:
Customer service over the phone and in person
Answering phones, returning voicemails
Assisting with sales transactions on our online ticketing system
Email correspondence
Complete customer mailings
Responsible for daily cash handling
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
A keen eye for detail
Must work well independently in a fast-paced environment
Some evening and weekend hours will be required in addition to workday hours
Some theatre experience is preferred
