We are currently looking for a Dental Assistant to become a part of our growing team! As a Certified Clinical Team Supervisor (Lead DA-Trainer), you will play a crucial role in our care team, providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatments. Responsibilities:

  • The Certified Clinical Team Supervisor reports directly to the Office Manager and serves as an additional clinical support for market offices.

Quality and Compassionate Dental Care

  • Act as an ambassador for the office, exemplifying quality and compassionate care.
  • Assist area office CTLs (Lead Dental Assistants) and clinical staff in enhancing patient experiences by managing patient flow, scheduling, same-day care, and ensuring compliance guidelines are followed.
  • Ensure offices adhere to Spencer Dental and Braces/Benevis policies and all applicable regulations, including local dental assistant rules, HIPAA, and OSHA.

Build and Lead Your Team

  • Conduct initial CTL training when the CTL is unable to travel to Support Services for training and provide follow-up training at the new CTL's office or the CCTL home office.
  • Develop a training plan with office leadership to enhance skills in the CTL role.
  • Support offices with vacant CTL positions as needed, including supplies ordering, compliance management, and team leadership.
  • Serve as a knowledge expert in your area/region as necessary.

Other responsibilities and special projects may be assigned or directed as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lead Dental Assistant.
  • X-ray Certification and CPR-BLS Certification required.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of patient flow management.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and train Dental Assistants.
  • Willingness to travel within the area/region.
