CTR Group is seeking a Skilled Sheet Metal Grinder/Finisher. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Job Requirements:

• Perform grinding and finishing operations on sheet metal parts to ensure quality and smooth finishes
• Utilize various hand and power tools for metal finishing, including grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment
• Work primarily during morning shifts
• Review and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to meet finish requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Prior experience in sheet metal finishing or automotive sanding is preferred
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, possibly in hot or cold conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
