Position Overview
The Commercial Siding Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate project quotes and delivering them to the Account Coordinator, who then provides pricing to customers. This role directly contributes to revenue and business growth.

Business Driver: You'll join a revenue-generating team where your work directly impacts company growth and profitability.
Persuasive Communicator: Your estimates will be used by Account Coordinators to present pricing to clients. You must translate complex cost assumptions into clear, understandable proposals.
Efficient Executor: We operate lean and move fast. You'll balance speed with accuracy, creating sustainable processes that build client confidence in our reliability.
Collaborative Team Player: We value transparency and mutual support. You'll work across multiple internal teams daily, contributing to collective success through clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and analyze construction drawings and specifications
Communicate with vendors and internal staff to document all material and labor requirements
Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and field operations teams to gather and validate cost assumptions
Organize and store bid-related documents in accessible, professional formats
Deliver finalized quotes to Account Coordinators for customer presentation
Maintain current knowledge of product pricing and service offerings
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project estimates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma (Bachelor's degree )
Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong basic geometry and arithmetic skills
Detail-oriented with analytical mindset
Understanding of construction costs and profitability concepts
Ability to organize large amounts of information under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
