Reporting to the VP of Customer Operations, the Project Manager will lead the successful execution of customer projects from contract award through shipment and commissioning. This is an onsite role at our Williamsburg manufacturing facility, supporting complex, high-value technical projects in data center power distribution or related electrical infrastructure. You'll collaborate daily with engineering, production, logistics, field service, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple custom electrical power distribution projects for data centers.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and field service teams to meet project milestones.
  
• Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and technical documents to align deliverables.
  
• Monitor production status, address schedule or scope changes proactively.
  
• Participate in design reviews and change management processes.
  
• Lead project status meetings, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and ensure seamless handoff to field service and commissioning teams.
  
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure all requirements are met to drive satisfaction.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent military technical experience.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction related to data center power systems or electrical distribution equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of low voltage switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, ATS, STS, or similar systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word) and project management tools.
• Experience with ERP/manufacturing systems.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Williamsburg, VA and travel up to 10%.
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred.
• Experience with data center clients, mission-critical environments, UL standards, NEC, or related electrical codes preferred.
