Responsible for a variety of professional level duties in the Human Resources Department to support to County departments in various human resources functional areas pertaining to recruitment, training, special pays and benefits. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business, Public Administration, or a closely related field with 1 to 2 years of experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Processes pay change actions in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system; responsible for special and incentive pays to include Employee Referral Program, Hard-To-Fill and the Training Incentive Paramedic Program (TIPP). Administers the Countys Degree Reimbursement, Tuition Assistance and Certification Programs. Oversees the Countys Employee of the Quarter Program.
