Answers phone in a cordial and professional manner following all departmental guidelines, and books reservations for guests and inform them of services provided at the respective properties. Mails confirmation & information to guests. Maintains accurate records and documentation for all reservations. Research questions related to guest disputes. Handles Maintenance Fees questions and postings. Assists with promoting Rental Revenue and processing advance deposits. Works closely with front desk team members ensuring that reservation procedures are consistent with check-in procedures.
