Opportunity Highlights

• Lead an expanding pediatric psychology team at a community-driven practice serving over 55,000 patients annually
• Shape statewide access to care at Virginia's only freestanding children's hospital
• Direct a hybrid role with clinical care, leadership, teaching, and research opportunities
• Guide future clinicians through a highly sought-after academic rotation program
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to strategic hospital initiatives
• Manage a growing outpatient service line and lead psychotherapeutic interventions across the continuum of care
• Engage with local leaders to improve access to pediatric mental health
• Enjoy a balanced 40-hour week with no call and just 28 hours of clinical care
• Receive full-time pay structured on a 45-hour model for a 40-hour schedule
