Venture Dynamics is seeking Experienced Pipe Welders for work in local shipyardsMust have OSHA Maritime Training.Must be able to pass weld testing as required by the customers.JOBDESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:•Must:torch cut, pipe clean, and true weld pipes without leaks in positions withminimum clearance.•Performpipe welding tasks.•Determinejob sites, particularly those involving combustible material, are safe forpersonnel.•Hotwork/Pipe Welding•Readand interpret weld symbols and blue prints, schematics and job specifications•Knowledgeof TIG welding, Copper, stainless steel and aluminum•Goodworking knowledge of use and limitations of 6011, 6010, and 7018 and/orsil-braze rods•Mustcertify to Navy/ABS certification test for the following: 1) pass vision test2) pipe in the 6GR position, 11018 filter, 70s2 filter, 316 filter, RN67 filterand GTAW
