Imagine One is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager contingent upon the award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, Virginia.

Experience Requirements

1. Must have experience in a Quality Assurance role.
2. Ten (10) or more years of experience in a managerial role involving Quality Management and Quality Audits.
3. Must have some managing experience.
4. Must have requirements analysis and software programming experience.
5. Must establish and maintain a process for evaluating software and associated documentation.
6. Must determine the resources required for quality control.
7. Must maintain the level of quality throughout the software life cycle.
8. Conducts formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development life cycle.
9. Must be able to perform complex program management tasks and develop standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
10. Must have experience with incident and problem management.
11. Must be able to track, monitor, report, and collaborate with respective teams to close short-term and long-term resolutions as a result of audit, incident, and/or problem findings.

Additional Experience (Preferred)

• Ship Maintenance and Ship Lifecycle Management Systems.
• DoD/DoN acquisition, budgeting, and investment management policies, guides, and regulations.
• Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture Framework (DODAF).
• Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), with emphasis on DoD guidance.
• Operational Activities: Enterprise services, Supply Support, Materials Management, Maintenance Planning, Nuclear Propulsion, Maintenance Execution, Workforce Management, Financial Management, Facilities and Equipment, Product Lifecycle Management, IT products.
• Software languages, applications, operating systems, frameworks, data environments, and other expertise.
• Software/Systems Engineering using Agile methodologies, tailored to specific processes and tools.
• Use of Digital Program Office (DPO) SDLC tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Mendix, UIPath, Katalon, and Database Programming including schema design, performance tuning, SQL scripting, database migration, and administration.
• Application Test and Evaluation, especially unit and integration testing.
• Asset Management: government documents, hardware, software licenses.
• Modification, maintenance, installation, and integration of interfaced enterprise solutions.
• Information Assurance – DoD/DoN IA requirements and industry best practices.
• IT Infrastructure Support and System Administration.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Educational Requirements

• Master's Degree in an IT field preferred; Bachelor's Degree with additional experience may be considered.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required. Candidate must hold an ACTIVE SECRET clearance.
