Field Sales Representative

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative to join our client's high-performing team. This individual will play a critical role in growing our client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing referral partners across an assigned territory. With approximately 25 key accounts, this role involves consistent in-person visits to facilities, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to promote services and drive referrals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with external clients
  • Manage a portfolio of ~25 accounts across a defined geographic territory through regular, in-person visits (travel required)
  • Create and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet or exceed growth targets
  • Identify and cultivate new referral sources through direct marketing, networking, and community engagement
  • Act as a liaison between referral sources and operational teams to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Track and report sales activities, account progress, and referral data using CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate closely with branch and market leaders to align on territory goals and performance updates
  • Provide insight on competitive activity, market trends, and service needs to leadership
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience in healthcare, home health, or a related industry required
  • Strong understanding of referral development and healthcare discharge planning preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly within territory
