The Grants Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Senior Services mission by strategically managing the full life cycle of grant funding initiatives in alignment with the organizations Strategic Plan. This includes proactively identifying grant opportunities, writing compelling proposals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration during planning and implementation, and maintaining rigorous compliance, reporting, and stewardship standards. This position also contributes to the agencys fundraising efforts through work on the planned giving and major gifts programs.
