Job Details

Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouses or storage yards. Verify inventory levels by reconciling physical counts of stock received in and distributed out of the warehouse. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses or other areas. Maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in good order to ensure compliance with safety policies. Determine best storage methods and stock location based on inventory turnover and product type. Examine and inspect stock items for wear, defects or damage - reporting all issues to Department Supervisors. Drive Non-CDL and/or CDL Trucks to pick up incoming stock or deliver products to Customers. Distribute materials and products to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.
