Job Details

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes - Build and maintain dynamic financial models, including project-level forecasts and company-wide projections - Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to drive insights across the business - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders - Support government compliance efforts including: - Indirect rate development and monitoring - Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE) - DCAA compliance (e.g., SF 1408, accounting system audits) - Partner with project managers and operational leaders to track financial performance and analyze variances - Assist with audit preparation and respond to audit-related requests - Help develop internal controls and process improvements to support growth and compliance Education and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree; in accounting or finance preferred - 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or compliance roles - Experience in a fe...Financial Planning, Compliance Manager, Manager, Compliance, Financial, Planning, Manufacturing, Business Services
