RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finalize deals in CDK.

• Bill all New and Used Vehicle Deals; Wholesales and Dealer-Trades
• Maintain monthly Deal Logs and Commission Logs, and balance to monthly totals

• Issue checks for Vehicle Trade Payoffs; maintain Title Log and follow-up on all Titles
• Order duplicate Titles, when necessary
• Process wholesales in CDK and assign Titles accordingly
• Review schedules
• Add New and Pre-Owned Vehicles to Inventory and post in GL; maintain Stock Number Log

• Issue checks, as needed

• Communicate with Dealership Personnel, Bank Representatives and DMV Clerks in a professional and timely manner

• Process DMV forms, scan to Deal and post bundles, when necessary

• Provide additional Administrative support, as needed

• Work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere
• Ability to multitask

• 2 or more years of accounting experience, particularly in BILLING
• Automobile Dealership Billing experience preferred
• Medical or Insurance Billing Clerk experience welcome, although some training required
• Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail

• High school diploma or equivalent
