Savor is proud to be the exclusive Food & Beverage provider at The Hampton Roads Convention Center, responsible for maintaining all small wares, utensils, kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and small wares storage areas in a clean and organized manor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Supervising dishwashers/temps and keeping them on track with their tasks Taking weekly inventory of chemicals. Ensure water changes are happening every 2- 4 hours per shift. Training and developing staff in the absence of my presence. De-liming the dish machine one a month or as needed. Wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with SAVORstandards and Health Department regulations.
