The Waitstaff responsibilities include providing residents and their guests service above and beyond their expectations, ensuring a memorable food and dining experience. Knowledgeable of current menu options/ingredients and maintains a working knowledge of the dietary restrictions and preferences of the clients we serve. Works closely with and supports the kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served correctly and in a timely manner. What you will do. Follow standard service protocols as outlined in the Dining Service Training manual ensuring that residents and their guests are greeted and seated in a timely fashion and meals are delivered in a timely and gracious manner. Understand and is sensitive to the needs and preferences of our seniors and their guests, and professionally handle all requests or concerns regarding meal service as they arise.
