Casey Auto Group is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team! Our automotive service team is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive and enjoyable experience. The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and managing service appointments for customers at our dealership. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The Appointment Coordinator also contacts customers concerning recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service, as well as performs various administrative duties.
