Assisting customers with DMV related inquiries and paperwork. Processing transactions and accurately receipting in money received from sales, services, or other dealership activities. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and transactions. Knowledge of DMV procedures and regulations is a plus.
