Manage electrical and controls scopes for capital improvement, obsolescence, and process optimization projects.
Coordinate full lifecycle of assigned projects: scope development, bidding, equipment selection, installation, startup, and closure.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
Lead PLC, HMI, and robotic programming efforts across all plant facilities and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all automation systems and changes.
Drive improvements to existing automation technology and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety policies, including oversight of EHS procedures.
Supervise contractor activity and ensure adherence to electrical codes and standards.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience with electrical systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and power distribution.
Experience managing technical projects in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.
Programming experience with Allen Bradley/ControlLogix/Modicon PLCs.
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and other applicable electrical codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
