Corporate HR Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager

Titan America is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager, Corporate Accounting to join our Corporate Accounting team at our Corporate Center in Norfolk, Virginia. This exempt position will oversee company-wide consolidation and lead the development of policies, processes, and internal controls aligned with IFRS, US GAAP, and Titan policies. The role reports to the Director of Financial Consolidation and Reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing company-wide consolidation of all business units and product lines.
  • Preparing and issuing accurate monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintaining comprehensive account reconciliations in accordance with SOX requirements.
  • Designing and implementing financial control disciplines and procedures for an efficient close process.
  • Ensuring accounts comply with IFRS standards and Group policies.
  • Participating in planning and executing all phases of external audits, including collaboration with auditors and regional teams, and contributing to regulatory reporting.
  • Conducting IFRS research and developing position papers on operational topics, serving as a resource for business units in IFRS accounting matters, and coordinating with auditors.
  • Educating finance teams on IFRS standards and Group policies and their impact on financial reporting.
  • Developing and implementing companywide financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Leading team engagement through goal setting, feedback, professional development, and involvement in growth projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • 10-12 years of management or operational accounting experience; manufacturing cost accounting experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing finance teams.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
