Job Details

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Mentors other PI Engineers, provides training and guidance. Leads cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements. Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement. Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.
