What You'll Do

Strategic Fleet Leadership

• Optimize Fleet Performance – Develop and oversee initiatives that enhance fleet efficiency, utilization, and cost savings while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Align with Business Objectives – Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate fleet operations with broader company strategy, ensuring seamless supply chain execution and competitive advantage.
  
  

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Implement Best Practices – Establish and enforce industry-leading standards for fleet management, vehicle maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Leverage Data & Technology – Utilize analytics and emerging technologies to enhance fleet tracking, cost analysis, and operational decision-making.
  
  

Financial & Talent Management

• Drive Cost Optimization – Conduct high-level budgeting, KPI development, and financial analysis to maximize fleet ROI and operational efficiency.
• Build & Lead High-Performing Teams – Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier drivers and fleet professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  
  

What We're Seeking

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university and 10+ years' of experience in Transportation or Logistics ; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development is required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work through complex, unstructured problems.
• Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Transportation Management tools.
• High level of organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
