Looking for a flexible accounts administrator with a desire to learn international trade operations and grow with within the company.
• Inventory Management
• Contracts Reconciliation
• Purchase and Sales Contracts Reconciliation
•Suppliers and Customers Management of Accounts
• Compare and reconcile vendor invoices to company purchase orders and actual deliveries
• Maintain customer purchase records and customer inventory
• Maintain customer warranties and service work
• Manage manufacturers warranty expiration of customer equipment having serial numbers
• Manage and follow-up on all relative data input into our business systems
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members and departments
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure new customers are on-boarded efficiently
Required Skills:
• Excellent in Excel
• Problem solving skills
• Proactively find ways to improve the daily operations of the position
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills / OneDrive / GoogleDocs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with the Import / Export and understandings of the ports highly regarded.
