CTR Group is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for a Metal Fabrication Company in the Hampton, VA, area. A great Career Opportunity with an established company!

Pay Rate: Up to $20 per Hour plus Benefits

SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an experienced warehouse operator and driver in our shipping/receiving department. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to sort materials and deliver products for the US Navy and various industries in a work environment that is team-oriented, supportive, and focused on quality. • Deliver and pick up materials as required.
• Efficiently load and unload trucks with a forklift.
• Inspect incoming materials for correct dimensions, quantities & material types.
• Kit materials for the production team in an organized manner so that they can start assembly quickly and efficiently.
• Kit, package, and label completed assemblies for final delivery to our customers.
• Validate software and hardware components as part of the delivery and kitting process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic math and English proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read a ruler and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs.
• Experienced in reading structural drawings.
• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience with manual transmission driving.
